Scene: The Lance of Longinus points itself at Earth

Maya: Eva-01's synch rate has passed 250%!! Shinji, don't, any more and you won't be able to come back like that other time.

*Eva-01 AT-slams one MP Eva to be bitten in the arm by another*

Maya: Hatred and despair are taking over Shinji's consciousness.

Asuka: Shinji!

Shinji: Uaaaaaaaaaaa!

*Wings of light sprout from Eva-01. Its chest armor bursts to reveal its S2 engine and it appears to enter Berserker mode*

Enemy soldier: Eva-01 is a devil after all.

Scene: The Lance of Longinus hurdles towards Earth

Enemy soldier: Some object's closing in on us at high speed from outer space.

Enemy commander: What is it?!

Fukutsuki: No, not the Lance of Longinus

Scene: Lance of Longinus stops just in front of Eva-01's S2 engine

Asuka: The Lance of Longinus?!

Maya: Shinji!

Shinji: Ah...

Scene: Seele

Seele-01: The Lance of Longinus has returned from the moon. Our desires will finally begin.

Seele-02: But Eva-01's pilot...Ikari's son is still in there.

Seele-05: God has chosen this moment Himself. The ceremony has already begun.

Seele-12: There's likely no turning back now. Whether it's our will, or Ikari's will.

(Translator's note: Does this Seele have a split personality? Otherwise I don't know what (Reverse) at the start of that line means...)

Scene: Two Eva series lances turn into pointy lances and stab Eva-01's hands. The remaining Eva series form up around Eva-01.

Fuyutsuki: Eva-01 is being taken in. Damn Seele, do they plan on making
Eva-01 a vessel?
